Cinnamon Rum Liver with Dark Chocolate and Strawberries

Cinnamon Rum Liver with Dark Chocolate and Strawberries

Ingredients

¼  Kilo Chicken liver (soaked in whole milk overnight - then remove milk) 

1 Tsp McCormick Cinnamon Ground

1/4 Cup Rum

Virgin Olive oil 

1 Bar Dark Chocolate 

McCormick Iodized Salt to taste


Directions

  1.  In a none stick pan, sauté olive oil and liver, add salt and cinnamon, then rum.
  2. Cook about 12 to 14 minutes on medium high heat. The liver should be slightly pink in the middle before you set aside and let cool.
  3. In a separate dish , lay out broken portions of dark chocolate ( large enough to hold the liver ) slice liver into 2 to 3 slices. Then place over dark chocolate bed.
  4. Garnish with wild honey drizzle, some arugula and fresh strawberries.

Serving Tip: Garnish with cut up strawberries, arugula, and wild honey.
