Cumin Kebabs with Hummus Dip

Kebabs and Hummus -- a tasty traditional middle-eastern favorite , done the McCormick way. A must try paired with Biryani Rice!



½ Kilo Ground Beef 

1 Whole egg

1 Cup parsley Chopped in bits

½ Tsp McCormick Cumin Seed Ground

4 Cloves Garlic Chopped in bits

¼ Cup Virgin Olive oil 


Hummus Ingredients:

1 Cup Chick peas (garbanzos)

½ Cup Yogurt

¼ Cup Virgin Olive oil

½ Tsp Tahini (ground sesame seed paste)

¼ Cup Vinegar

4 Dashes McCormick Spanish Paprika

McCormick Iodized Salt & McCormick Black Pepper Ground to taste  


  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll tightly into balls then fry in a none-stick pan with olive oil. Fry until all sides are Golden Brown.
  3. Stick toothpicks into kebabs and serve with chopped parsley, calamansi, tomato and onion salad.
Blend all ingredients and add paprika & salt to taste
