Homemade Paprika Longganisa

(without Preservatives)

½ kilo Ground Pork

2 tsp Coco Sugar

2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp MC Paprika

2 tsp Minced Garlic

A Dash of MC Black Pepper Ground

A Dash of MC Iodized Salt

1 pc Egg


1.In a bowl mix half a kilo ground pork with 2 teaspoon coco sugar, 2 teaspoon soy sauce, one teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoon minced garlic, salt and pepper dash and a whole egg.

2.Roll into mini oblong balls, then in a Teflon pan fry in light sesame oil. Teflon pan is great because you need only a little oil. About 7 minutes per side turning longganisa over to insure every side is golden brown.

3.Serve together with your favorite MC Rice Cookers (Nasi Lemak, Biryani, or Hainanese Chicken Rice)
