MC Cinnamon and Rosemary French Toast with Mangoes and Oranges

MC Cinnamon and Rosemary French Toast with Mangoes and Oranges

Ingredients

2 Whole Eggs

A Dash of MC Cinnamon Ground

1 tsp MC Vanilla Extract

A dash of MC Nutmeg Ground (optional)

A pinch of MC Rosemary Leaves

1 cup milk

4 tsp coco sugar

5 slices of French bread (cut to about an inch and a half thick)

¼ cup sliced fresh ripe mangoes

1 whole orange sliced thinly with rind

1 tsp of olive oil

Wild honey to drizzle


Directions

1.In a bowl beat the 2 whole eggs, add cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg (optional), rosemary, milk, and coco sugar.

2.Soak the French bread slices into milk and egg mixture.

3.In a none stick pan, drizzle some virgin olive oil, then sauté some sliced fresh ripe mangoes, and some thinly slice oranges with rind.

4.Place soaked French bread over the fruits, gathering the fruits towards the bread. The egg and milk mixture will go into the fruits and form your French toast. After about 6 minutes turn over and cook another 6 minutes or so. Serve on a pretty white dish and drizzle with wild honey before serving!
