1 pack McCormick Chicken Surprise Chicken Pandan Marinade Seasoning Mix

500 grams Chicken Breast Fillet, cut in big cubes Oil for pan- frying McCormick Sesame Seeds for garnish Sm bamboo skewers Crudites (Cucumber and Singkamas Sticks)


Dipping Sauce

1 1/2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/8 cup calamansi juice

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp McCormick Cinnamon Ground

1/2 tsp McCormick Curry Powder

1/2 tsp McCormick Ginger Ground and McCormick Iodized Salt, to taste


  1. Dissolve 1 pack Chicken Pandan Seasoning Mix in 1/4 cup water. Marinate chicken cubes for 1 hour.
  2. Place⁄ marinated chicken cubes in sm bamboo skewers.
  3. Pan fry in oil over moderate heat for 5–8 minutes or until cooked. Set aside on a plate and sprinkle to garnish with sesame seeds.
  4. Prepare Dipping Sauce: In a sauce -pan, combine ingredients and stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer to cook until it is reduced. Sauce should be smooth and thick.
  5. Serve the Chicken Pandan Skewers with the dipping sauce and crudites
