Ingredients

200 grams Bow Tie Pasta, cooked and drained

 

Vinaigrette

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 tsp McCormick Italian Seasoning

1/4 tsp McCormick Iodized Salt

1/8 tsp McCormick Black Pepper Ground

3/4 tsp sugar

1 cup asparagus, blanched in boiling water

3 pcs plum tomatoes, sliced

1 can mushrooms, drained & sliced

60 grams bacon slices, pan-fried

 


Directions

1. Transfer half of pasta to a clear glass bowl.
2. Layer asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, and bacon on pasta.
3. Top with remaining pasta.
4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pour dressing evenly over salad.
5. Toss right before serving to evenly coat dressing.
