Ingredients

1/2 cup Olive oil

1 tbs McCormick Garlic Minced

1/2 tsp McCormick Spanish Paprika Ground

1 tbs McCormick Rosemary Leaves, crumbled

1/2 tsp McCormick Iodized Salt

1 dash McCormick Black Pepper Ground

2 dashes McCormick Cayenne Pepper Ground

1/2 kilo Beef tenderloin, cubed

2 tbs. Butter


Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add in beef cubes.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, gently mix occasiony.
4. In a sauté pan, heat oil in very high heat.
5. Finish with butter.
 
Note: Serve immediately
